Who is responsible
koode.mx (“koode”) is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). To exercise your rights or ask questions, write to us on WhatsApp or through the contact form.
What data we collect
In the site's forms we collect your name and email and, if you choose to share them, your phone, company, the address of your site or store and the message you write. We save them once you complete name and email and update them as you move through the form, even if you don't finish or submit it. We also record the page you came from, the language and, if present, campaign parameters (UTM).
What we use it for
To answer your request, send you the quote or proposal you asked for and follow up commercially on it. We don't sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with providers that help us run the service (for example hosting and customer-support tools), under confidentiality obligations, or when an authority requires it.
Your rights
You can access, correct or cancel your data, object to its processing or ask us to delete it (ARCO rights), and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us through the site's contact channels.
Cookies and local storage
We only store your theme preference (light or dark) in your browser. We don't use advertising cookies.
