How we work
A care plan is a bank of hours for your store. You decide what to do with them; we do it and show you where every hour went.

You choose how many hours you need, starting at 5, in steps of 5. It's an hour bank: the hours don't expire and you use them whenever you want.

We install Retro on your store and send you a link. No account to create and no new tool to learn.

Open your store on your computer or phone, tap the element and write what you want. Retro saves the screenshot, the page and the exact element.

We do it and let you know
We notify you by WhatsApp or email when it's ready, with a report of what was done and how long it took. That time is deducted from your hours.

How we handle your requests
Everything is logged and measured, so you always know what was asked, who did it and how long it took.
Reply within 48 business hours
We handle your request within that window. If it's complex and will take longer, we tell you first.
An estimate before big tasks
If a task will use a good chunk of your hours, we give you the estimated time and only do it if you approve.
A report after every task
What was done and how much time it used. That time is deducted from your balance.
Your hours never expire
No expiration date: if you don't ask for anything one month, you lose nothing.

Do the hours expire?
No. The hours you purchase have no expiration date: you use them according to your store's needs.
How are hours deducted?
Each task has an estimated time that is deducted from your balance. When it's done you get a report with the actions taken and the time used, so you know where each hour went.
What is Retro, and do I have to install anything?
Retro is the tool you use to ask us for changes directly on your store. We install it; you just open the link, point at what you want changed and write. You can also ask us for things by email, but Retro is faster because it arrives with a screenshot and the element.
How soon do you handle a request?
We respond within the first 48 business hours. More complex tasks may take longer; in that case we tell you beforehand with the estimated time.
What if I need more hours?
You buy more hours when you need them. If a task is going to use more than you have left, we tell you before starting so you can decide.
Can I ask for a complete redesign of my store?
Not within the plan: it's designed for support, adjustments and ongoing improvements. If what you want is around 40 hours or more, we quote it as a project.
Do you need access to my store?
Yes, to make changes we need collaborator access in Shopify. You control the permissions and can remove access whenever you want.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, we invoice with a CFDI in Mexican pesos (MXN).
